Email Policy

I will never share, sell, rent or lease your contact information. All emails I send contain a simple unsubscribe link at the top and bottom of the email so you can cancel your subscription at any time.

I like to keep my inbox pretty empty, and I know some of you do too, so I’ll only send emails when I’ve got something really cool to share with you, whether it’s new artwork, a compelling story, or items that are rarely available. I promise to respect your time and interest.

Sales Policy

Your contact information and address will never be shared with anyone.

I do like to say thank you on social media when someone buys a work of art from me, but only by first name and town to preserve privacy. Example: “Scott in Boulder, CO ordered an Isosceles Modern Sculptural Firebowl. Thanks, Scott!”

I also maintain a Google Map of firebowls I’ve shipped, but for residences this is mapped only to the zipcode, not the street address. Public firebowl installations (hotels, restaurants, galleries etc.) do map to the street address in the hopes that it will send them new business from people who wish to see the firebowls in person.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google. Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of www.johntunger.com, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

AdWords Remarketing is a Remarketing and Behavioral Targeting service provided by Google. It connects the activity of www.example.com with the Adwords advertising network and the Doubleclick Cookie.
