11 Oct Frank Chance Mosaic Portrait
While I was in Chicago, I delivered the finished mosaic of Frank Chance that Mya and I worked on this summer. This is the second of a triptych featuring portraits of Joe Tinker, Johnny Evers and Frank Chance. Well, actually, it’s the third, but the second one finished… While I was there Tony wrote the check for the final mosaic in the series, so I’ll be posting progress photos of that one in the next month or two. It looks like next summer’s project for the club will be an outdoor wet bar in steel, copper and mosaic. I’m really kind of geeked about that— I’ve always wanted to do a bar.
